Refund policy

We have a 15-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept any item that is dirty or shows sign of wear. 

Free Exchanges
We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges within the U.S.A. (48 contiguous States), and we do not charge any fees.

If your exchange is accepted, you will receive a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once received at our warehouse, exchanges must be processed before getting accepted which can take 1-2 weeks. 

Once we approve your item for exchange, we will ship your new items free of charge (within the U.S.A. 48 contiguous States)

If the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return ($10.00) and a $3 handling fee per item.

Free Gift with Purchase
For Returns, if your purchase included complimentary gifts, please return those items as well. If you prefer to keep the gifts, their value will be deducted from your refund amount. 

 

Returning an Exchange
We do not accept returns on exchanged items. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.

In rare cases where exceptional circumstances exist, we may consider an exception at our discretion, which would require additional shipping and restocking fees ($30 for shipping and $3 handling fee per item restocked). 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you inform us of any issue within 15 days of receipt. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
You'll receive an email confirming your refund once this has been completed. Returns may only be accepted for items received within the last 15 days, and that are unworn.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
